"listing" business, we are a relationship business. We dedicate
the time and energy of one or two professionals to each client's
entire process, from initial strategy discussions and underwriting
to the closing (and often beyond). So we look for assignments with
strategic value to the marketplace, even if that value will take
some effort to uncover and enhance. The advantage for you is that
