Unlike
a brokerage firm, Heavenrich & Company never broadcasts the fact
that your facilities are "on the block". Instead, we research our
proprietary national database of active acquirers in the senior
living industry (a database we update daily as we talk to buyers
and research the industry) in order to identify potential strategic
acquirers for your offering. Strategic acquirers are companies for
whom your facilities would represent a particularly valuable acquisition,
given their current portfolio, expansion goals, or other complementary
"fits". We also proactively research your local and regional markets
to identify other likely acquirers. We then discuss the list of
recommended potential buyers with you, giving you the opportunity
to approve each company we plan to contact. Finally, we begin to
make selective inquiries with the approved companies about your
offering.
